WANG Yuxing

Wang Yuxing (b. 1985, Chongqing) graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 2007. At present. He now lives and works in Shanghai and Beijing. He focuses on natural phenomena, self-awareness, the essence of things, and the shaping of personal or group aesthetics and the influence on the spiritual world by creative production. His media include photographic images, screen paintings, impromptu installations, ephemeral objects and other comprehensive materials. When he realizes the limitations of the medium and the deviation of translation, he tries to describe “inspiration” with “inspiration” itself, and consciously and unconsciously constructs and diffuses the connection between the inner world of people and the external world, seeking a balance between “rational logic” and “intuitive enlightenment”, and acquires new inspiration through the re-creation based on imagination and presetting, as well as the observation, capture and interception.
